The firm is extremely selective, interested in only highly qualified candidates. We hire lawyers directly out of law school as well as established lateral partners from other firms.

We also have a highly competitive and rewarding summer associate program. Our summer associates are exposed to a wide range of assignments and experiences, including the monitoring of trials, depositions, and performing various research tasks and document reviews. We usually make hiring decisions for the summer by early spring.
